HOMES Brewery, our beautiful Brewpub on the west side of Ann Arbor, is looking for Full Time Kitchen Prep help to join the team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and helping a team thrive in the kitchen. What You’ll Do: -Provide kitchen staff with the materials they need to produce a high-quality product quickly and efficiently -Have excellent time management skills and work well independently -Bring attention to detail and organization to the kitchen Requirements: -Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is required -Ability to work in high energy environment and keep the pace of the restaurant and teams -Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time, ability to lift, reach, bend, carry heavy objects -Capability to prep food as directed and follow food safety handling guides -Availability 9am - 5pm; Mon-Fri; occasional weekends -Being a dependable team player …and any other tasks that help our fast-growing team succeed!
