Baker, Baker Apprentice, Bread Packager (ANCHORAGE)

The French Oven Bakery is looking for new members to add to our team. Experienced baker - demonstrated ability to perform all production duties, especially baking, with minimal supervision. Compensation for this position is based on experience. Sunday to Thursday, 7pm to 3am. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., work well in a fast-paced environment and show reliability. Baker Apprentice - If no experience, we are willing to train. Applicant must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate self-initiative and desire to learn. Evening shift while training is Sunday to Thursday, 4pm to completion (usually 11pm). Once capable of working with less supervision, schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 7pm to 3am. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., work well in a fast-paced environment and show reliability. If applicant has experience, compensation will be based on performance. Starting pay with NO experience is $18.00. Bread Packager - Part time position. Monday to Friday, 6am to 11am. Applicant must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate self-initiative and desire to learn. $16.00. If applicant has experience, compensation will be based on performance.
