THIS POSITION IS PULLING AN END DUMP TRAILER ON OUR LOCAL SCRAP METAL HAUL. YOU MAY BE DISPATCHED TO HAUL FROM MEDFORD INTO EUGENE OR PORTLAND. YOU ARE HOME EVERY NIGHT. ALL LOADS PAY THE DRIVER A FLAT RATE PER LOAD. AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR INCENTIVE PAY. OUR LOCAL END DUMP DRIVERS EARN $75-85,000 PER YEAR. YOU WILL AVERAGE 11 TO 12 HOUR DAYS, 5 DAYS PER WEEK. WE DO NOT WORK WEEKENDS. YOU WILL HAVE AN ASSIGNED TRUCK AND TRAILER. OUR TRUCKS ARE ALL CAT POWERED WITH 18 SPEED TRANSMISSIONS, WE DO NOT OFFER ANY AUTOMATICS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH AN ACCEPTABLE DRIVING RECORD.
