Pay and Bonuses: -Starting at $23.00 per hour: negotiable based on environmental trucking experience (walking floor, dump trailer, tanker work (preferred) -Weekly direct deposit pay: $1500+ weekly depending upon chosen hours -Flexible half-day Saturday hours: $50 bonus for running on Saturday -Monthly performance bonus: ranging from $0-500 bonus per month. -Annual safety bonus for all drivers who remain accident/ticket free: $1,750 bonus annually -Attendance bonus can be paid out or used for 16 days off per year: $2,000 bonus annually -Paid holidays $300, 3 non-working paid at $100 each: New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day; and 3 paid working holidays if running $300, 3 working days paid at $100 each: Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July these Holidays only if operations are necessary that day, depends on work flow -Over $8,000+ in annual bonuses available Additional Benefits: -Free zero-weekly-cost health insurance or company sponsored health insurance with co-pay and HSA options available -Free life insurance -Paid vacation: first year: 1 week paid; 5 years: 2 weeks paid; 10 years: 3 weeks paid -16 Personal Flex days that can be used or paid out -Paid orientation -Paid safety training -DOT Inspection Bonus Benefits -Company sponsored 401(k) matching -Company sponsored interest bearing savings program -Free safety prescription eye glasses -Clothing allowance gifts bi-yearly ($250-500) -Stable position with stable company. 39 years and growing Description of Work: -Brand new 2024 Mack Anthem tractors and 2024 MAC framed half-round dump trailers -Working on long term (10+ years) City and County government contracts. -Environmental services work related to recycling, water quality, and agriculture. -100% local area.
