Handles all aspects of leasing activities such as process of Annual Recertifications, and any change reports between the next recertification Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests using software. Implement conflict management strategies to address tenant concerns and resolve disputes amicably. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet safety and maintenance standards. Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of facilities.
