Stone fabrication company with 20+ years in the industry seeking a skilled Stone Fabricator and/or Installer to join our team. As a Fabricator/Installer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to manufacturing, cutting, polishing, installing and preparing slabs of materials such as Quartz, Granite, Marble, etc. for residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using hand tools, operating heavy equipment, and working with various masonry materials. Verify, sign off, and take full accountability for all outbound loads—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for shipment. Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with Production, QC, and Warehouse teams to resolve material discrepancies before shipment. Maintain alignment with company chain-of-custody and tracking systems to support material accuracy and traceability. Act as a role model for proper material handling and safety practices. Qualifications Required Bilingual: English/Spanish proficiency (verbal and written). 3+ years of leadership experience in dock, warehouse, or shipping/receiving within manufacturing, millwork, or distribution. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics (local deliveries and common carrier freight). Proven ability to manage a team, delegate effectively, and enforce accountability.
