We are a small family-oriented business looking for someone to work in the front office greeting customers, typing up repair orders and estimates, answering the phone, helping customers when they come in for service or parts, selling jobs and parts, etc. Looking for someone who is outgoing and friendly and who has exceptional customer service and organizational skills. Also need someone who is dependable and able to work independently. Full training provided,but must be trainable! Full time, Monday through Friday from 830 am to 530 pm and some Saturdays from 830 am til noon. Complete all necessary paperwork to support sales activities including sales orders, contracts, billing forms and sales reports. Perform other duties as assigned or required. Bachelors degree in Sales/Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience required. Minimum 3-5 years Telecom or Technology sales experience. Ability to communicate orally and in writing in clear and straightforward manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively. Ability to use personal computer and software applications. Knowledge of basic advertising principles. Knowledge of communications technology and services, with an emphasis on data networking fundamentals. Knowledge of various network topologies.
