Lots of Job Postings but are They Really Hiring? FUCK GOD NO !!! (Not Unless You're YOUNG with the EXACT RECENT EXPERIENCE)

Yes there are quite a few companies that claim they're hiring these days but unless you have the exact recent experience and you are in your 20's or 30's then go Fuck yourself is their attitude. That's why you see the same jobs listed weeks after week, month after month. year after year. It's because they can't find very many young people with the exact recent experience they desire and they aren't about to train anyone who recently graduated from college or trade school like they used to. And they don't give a crap about your education like they did in the past. Especially if it was several years ago. That just shows your age and most companies now have an unwritten rule if you're over 40 fuck off !. Also many just want to add people to their data base so if a job comes up in the future they can contact those people. They have no problem wasting your Goddamn time just to benefit themselves. Total Goddamn selfish greed but that's all there is in this fucked up sack of shit country now.
