We are looking for a Property/Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our Eugene team. This person will report up to our maintenance manager and handle a wide variety of work orders, turns and apartment renovations. Experience with light plumbing, carpentry and electrical repair is required. This is a full time position and exact hourly wage/salary is dependent on candidates experience. Benefits include health insurance, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, sick days and employer contribution to a simple IRA. Valid drivers license, car and car insurance are required. Starting at $20.00 per hour
