Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily production on commercial and public-works projects statewide. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of modern roofing systems, able to manage crews efficiently, maintain safety compliance, and ensure that projects are completed on time and to specification. Responsibilities Supervise roofing crews and daily field operations. Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics with project management. Enforce company safety standards and jobsite documentation. Interpret drawings, specifications, and manufacturer details. Communicate directly with project managers, inspectors, and owners. Maintain production schedules and quality control throughout each phase. Requirements Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience. Minimum 2 years as a foreman or lead man managing crews.
