Opportunity for year round employment for the right candidate Weather Permitting -- 4 day work week 40+ hours Creative Lawn and Landscapes operates out of a Maple Grove location and is looking for Turf Foreman and Turf Crew Members to work in the field. We are a midsized quality focused Landscape company. Well maintained equipment and great core of guys and gals. We are looking for a dedicated and well detailed foreman to help keep our standards up! The routes are not too big so we give you the time to get everything perfect and also have time for yourselves and family. These are full time seasonal positions with opportunity for year round employment for the right candidate. Turf Foreman: TOP PAY FOR EXPERIENCE Duties include, but not limited to: Operate zero turn mowers, trimmers, blowers and other related equipment Train and help all crew members to work efficiently as a team Organize and maintain truck and equipment. Drive a truck and trailer daily Maintain accurate daily time sheets Snow removal and fall clean-up crews Crew Member: TOP PAY FOR EXPERIENCE Previous landscape experiences a plus but not required Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively Full time/seasonal 40 hours a week Job includes mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, trimming shrubs and other duties as assigned Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to follow directions and work well with others on crew Must possess a strong work ethic Based out of a Maple Grove location We are looking for qualified applicants who can fit these requirements. Foreman- Valid MN driver's license with clean record Valid DOT health card or ability to obtain one All team members- Mechanical knowledge to maintain equipment Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly Able to work in all types of weather conditions with no time restrictions both summer and winter A team player able to work within company guidelines Please contact: Kirk Brum 952-292-1068 Kirk@creativelnl.com
