Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor on remodeling construction projects. Job Requirements: Valid CA Drivers License Insurance and clean DMV record Submit to a drug test. Prior to working. Ability to work independently and complete daily activities. Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely Ability to understand, follow written and oral instructions. Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistently Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, usr abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time. Ability to work in current weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, dust, and wind. Team player/positive attitude. Communicate issues as they arise with the supervisor. While performing the duties of this job the employee is constantly required to sit and stand, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. The employee is required to drive their own vehicle.
