We are seeking Home Delivery Drivers to join the team in the Puget Sound area. Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery of grocery products to residential homes while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service; safety minded and possess the ability to navigate routes efficiently. As a Route Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service. The work is physically demanding, driving many miles, and you are constantly moving, lifting and carrying groceries from your vehicle to the customer's doorstep. What does your day look like? Average start time is 3:00am with ten-hour shifts, you'll be on-call 3am-9am one day during the week (No weekends). Operate delivery vehicles along designated routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Navigate using GPS systems or maps to optimize delivery routes. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and requires adherence to strict safety and quality protocols. Ensure all work adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
