Field Supervisor - Seasonal Description: The Field Supervisor is a part time, seasonal position that runs from October through April. Snow and ice experience is preferred, but if you have great communication and management skills, we will provide training to the right candidate. We provide new F250 or F350 fully outfitted truck with V-Plow and Polycast de-icing units. Job Duties:  Complete app usage training  On call 24/7  Establish great client & service provider relationships  Manage assigned service providers (sub-contractors) within the geographical area  Solve any issues and / or non-performance with clients or service providers  Assist in snow plowing operations as necessary at all hours of the day or night  Provide field support  Be on feet for long periods of time  Shoveling when required Requirements:  Managerial experience  1+ years of snow & ice removal required  Familiar with smartphone and tablet technology and comfortable communicating through email, text and other messaging systems  Knowledge of equipment used for snow & ice removal  Hold current driver’s license, accompanied by clean driving record  Ability to work long shifts, weather dependent  Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly  Travel as needed, often statewide, and out of state  Driving for long periods of time during snow throughout territory  Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred
