Job Summary: National property services company seeking Project Manager for its Maintenance & Construction Division. The Project Manager is a mid-management classification that functions as a facilities manager. Within established policies and procedures, the incumbent works with a high degree of independence in identifying and implementing management projects and establishing priorities. Basic Functions: The duties listed below are typical examples of the work performed by positions in this job classification, but not limited to: • Plan, manage, organize, direct, and evaluate the day-to-day activities of the building Maintenance technician teams. • Coordinate division activities with other departments, programs and / or outside contractors and vendors. • Maintains records and writes reports. • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all phases of building maintenance and repair work such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, paint, flooring. • Quality control visits to sites throughout Central & Northern California • 70% of time spent visiting potential projects, meeting customers, visiting job sites, out of office throughout Central & Northern California • 30% of time spent in office scheduling, creating proposals, updating project coordinators • Minimal travel within California (approximately 2x every other month) • Must be Team player / Can do attitude (Not afraid to get your hands dirty) • Must be flexible on schedule as needed • Available for occasional after-hours calls • Complete others tasks as assigned Qualifications and Skills: • Must have a valid CA Driver License and clean DMV record • A minimum of three years working in the construction / building maintenance field is required Additional Information: • FLSA: Full Time Salary Exempt • Benefits: 401K (matching), Health Benefits, Vacation, Holidays • Education: minimum of two (2) years college education in construction management, business administration, or leadership equivalent. • Work Location: Multiple Locations

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1 year experience with Lifts.
