Responsibilities Maintain and manage storage containers at client sites throughout eastern Massachusetts during the snow season. Set up and break down storage containers and their contents in the fall and spring. Conduct inventories throughout the winter and perform final inventories after each season. Perform minor repair maintenance on shovels, snowcasters, and snowblowers. Conduct pre and post staking of clients' properties. Perform annual touch-up painting on our fleet of vehicles in the offseason. Qualifications Experience in logistics or equipment maintenance is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic repair and maintenance skills for snow equipment. We are a well established company looking to fill multiple positions for the season with opportunities for year round work. We usually work over 8 hours a day and over 40 hours a week. You must be able to regularly lift over 50 lbs and be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Paychecks are given out weekly on Friday. You ideally have some tools and your own transportation for 20 to 40 + hours per week with those hours being flexible. This immediate opportunity entails working in the South Shore and could lead to much more work for the right candidate with other skills and an eagerness to work and learn.
