I need someone to work with me to do all trades involved in home remodeling. From crawl spaces to roofing. I can teach you, I need someone that is reliable and can show up on time. $15-$20 hr as a 1099 sub contractor. You need to be able to work on your knees, ladders, under houses. You need to be in reasonable shape. I’m 52 and you need to at least keep up with me. We work in Jay , Grove and even have one coming up in Pryor. I need someone that can work 3 days a week at least. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for delivering and returning flooring materials to various job sites, documenting inventory changes, and reporting back to the office. Your schedule will be set the day before, allowing for a dynamic work environment where you will primarily work autonomously. We have a great company culture! Responsibilities: Deliver materials to commercial, new construction residential, and residential remodel flooring projects. Pick up materials and debris upon project completion. Meet with customers to discuss floor stain samples. Manage warehouse cleanliness and organization. Maintain delivery vehicles. Keep orderly and accurate inventory logs. Apply Stain Samples Positive Customer Interactions Requirements: Must be customer service oriented. Must be punctual. Must have strong work ethic. Must have the ability to pick up 75lbs repeatedly Must have a clean driving record. Must have critical thinking skills. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to pull and back up a trailer, or be willing to learn. Forklift experience is a plus, or must be willing to learn. Consistency and commitment to great service for customers, vendors, and co-workers. Must be detail-oriented for tracking inventory. Construction experience is a plus. Familiarity with navigating the Tulsa metro is a plus. Typical Day/Week: Schedule: 8am - 4:30 pm PLUS 30-minute lunch Overtime paid at time and a half. Compensation: $19-$21/hour Phone allowance Overtime is common and paid at time and a half. 5 days PTO after 3 months Health insurance after 6 months Matching IRA after 6 months
