Position Overview: We are currently hiring for a skilled and dependable Framer/ Drywaller/ Finisher to support residential and commercial construction projects throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area. Key Responsibilities: • Frame walls, ceilings, and partitions to blueprint specifications • Install drywall sheets with accuracy and efficiency • Perform all phases of drywall finishing, including taping, mudding, and sanding • Maintain high-quality workmanship from start to finish • Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades as needed • Follow all site safety protocols and company policies Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in framing, drywall installation, and finishing • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings • Proficient with tools and equipment related to the trade • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on ladders or scaffolding • Strong attention to detail and jobsite cleanliness • Reliable transportation to and from various job sites in the metro area Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive hourly pay: $25–$35/hr depending on experience • Bi-weekly pay • Consistent, year-round work • Opportunities for advancement based on performance How to Apply: Please respond with your resume. Delivery and Customer Support Driver Above all we are looking to hire someone with a great attitude. You will have frequent contact with our customers both in person and on the phone. DESCRIPTION: Your job title will be Delivery Driver and Sales Support, and your activities will primarily be in the area of product delivery and customer care, as well as general work in the warehouse as needed. You will report to the Area Manager. A list of duties you will be required to perform is listed below, and you may be assigned other duties as needed. Your duties and activities may also change on reasonable notice, based on the needs of the Company and your skills, as determined by the Company. As the delivery driver, you are expected to arrive at the appointed start time and communicate with your direct supervisor for that day’s activities. The delivery driver is responsible for proper loading of items needed for that day’s sales, safely driving to customers’ accounts and other destinations, and delivering items and invoice to the account as per their requirements. There may be other work to be performed at the account as needed such as inspection of equipment and basic cleaning. You will also ensure the proper maintenance of company vehicles assigned to you, if any, and make sure they are kept clean at all times. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5:00pm. With a lunch hour break. Other Duties to be performed, but not limited to: -Pull product per supplied documents (invoices, pick list…) for each day’s deliveries. Check needed inventory for accuracy, accountability, and recording as it is removed from warehouse. -Deliver product to customers. -Clean and inspect customers coffee machines. -Communicate with management, technicians, and sales team as needed. -Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, receipts, truck stock inventory… -Preparation and/or processing of shipping documents, to ensure orders are shipped with accuracy and in a timely manner. -Assist in the preparation of espresso and coffee machines for installation at customer sites. -Repair espresso and coffee machines at warehouse as needed and trained to do so. -Read, review, and understand any machine user manuals, troubleshooting guides and technical training presentations as needed. -General cleanup of workplace, to include vehicles. This includes relevant areas at customer accounts. Other Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift 75 pounds, and regularly 25 lbs. Clean motor vehicle record. Data entry using various software products such as excel and word, and company specific software and applications for inventory management or for technical repair and service reporting will be required.
