Screen Printing Operator/Setter (Screen Printing) – Doral 📍 Location: Doral, FL – Established company with over 35 years in business. 💰 Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 annually, paid bi-weekly. 🕒 Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Night shift available). Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM 🗣️ Language: Bilingual – Spanish and English – 100% Spanish-speaking work environment. Responsibilities: • Ensure production quality meets the standard approved by the customer • Prepare and set up screen printing machines for each production cycle • Properly align screens for multi-color printing (registration) • Load screens, adjust print heads, and ink levels • Ensure products are packaged according to customer requirements • Monitor and maintain quality of all ongoing orders • Resolve any issues quickly and efficiently • Share and apply company values — Perfection is our goal • Meet daily productivity and quality targets • Follow warehouse safety regulations Working Conditions: Work is performed inside a warehouse where temperatures may be high. Some positions require standing for long periods, while others may involve increased physical movement.
