Must be good on the phone, enjoy talking with people, have strong organizational skills, be a quick learner, and have strong aptitude at math. For the calls, I will train on the offering, background knowledge, script, and usual questions. There is no commission-based component to this offer. About the role The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, copyediting, and/or managing the publication of content across various platforms and/or mediums such as: promotional ads, web pages, PR/IR materials, customer support and clinical messaging, and customer-facing applications.
