We are a small, patient-focused ophthalmology clinic looking for a motivated Ophthalmic Technician to join our team. This role includes both clinical and administrative support, so flexibility and teamwork are key. Our office is bright, clean, and modern, with new equipment to support efficient, high-quality care. Responsibilities: - Supporting the physician in providing compassionate, thorough care - Assisting with patient care, medical documentation, and procedures - Performing patient workups (history, intake, testing, applanation, refractions, etc) - Diagnostic testing (pachymetry, AR, topography, OCTs, fundus photos, biometry, etc) - Scribing/assisting the physician during patient encounters - Triaging patient phone calls - Patient counseling and education as needed Because we are a small clinic, additional responsibilities may also include: - Scheduling patient visits - Assisting with billing, claims, and insurance - Preparing surgical charts and coordinating with hospital/ASC staff - Inventory management - Supporting compliance efforts Qualifications: - Prior ophthalmic/optometric technician experience - Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to stay positive, calm, and professional in a busy or complex environment - Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills - Adept with Microsoft OneDrive/Teams/Outlook a plus - Reliability, integrity, and a patient-first attitude We offer: - Friendly, supportive work environment with a close-knit team - Opportunities to learn and grow according to your skills and interests - Competitive compensation based on experience and skills - Retirement plan with employer match - Performance bonuses - Support for ongoing licensure, BLS, and continuing education - Paid time off (PTO) - Free parking and convenient location near Washington Square Hours: Full Time - 36 - 40 hours per week If you are enthusiastic about patient care and want to be part of a practice where your work makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you. Hive Recovery Collective is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal fit would have a passion for injury recovery and chronic pain management, and have a firm to deep, flowing style of treatment. While we are a treatment-focused clinic, we are dedicated to making pain management feel like a luxury. We have a good mix of regular clients doing maintenance and new clients looking to break the pain cycle. We offer 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions, as well as cupping, hot towels, arnica/willow balm add-ons, hot stone, gua sha, and prenatal. Each of our therapists can choose session lengths that best fit their style, training, and preference. Available Shifts are as follows: Monday 2 pm -7 pm Tuesday 3 pm - 7 pm Wednesday 2 pm -7 pm Thursday 3 pm - 7 pm Friday 2 pm - 7 pm Saturday 9 am - 2 pm (1st and 3rd Sat. of the month only) We need someone for 2 or 3 afternoon shifts - you pick, and 2 Saturdays a month (or more if desired).
