Responsibilities but not limited: •Answering phones and greeting patients when they come •Dental treatment planning and charting •Check Eligibility & Collect Payments •Computer skills •Keeping track of office supplies and inventory •Getting in touch with dental supply companies •Labs, including x-rays, are handled •Office duties include document filing, scanning, and creation • Expert customer service skills with the ability to talk to anyone. • Strong written and oral communication skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to take accurate messages • Ability to use scheduling software (DENTRIX) • Ability to order all office supplies • The ability to process payments. •Keep the Schedule with 25/30 Patients or more.
