Elderly care in senior home (Miami)

The elderly caregiver provides direct personal care and supportive services to residents under the supervision of the Administrator or a licensed nurse. The caregiver helps residents maintain their safety, independence, and quality of life while promoting dignity and respect. Key responsibilities • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. • Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe environment. • Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or home administrator. • Assist with self-administration of medications as allowed by Florida regulations.
