Line Cook and Prep Cook Positions Available Our Vietnamese restaurant, located in the heart of downtown Portland, is seeking passionate and dedicated Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our team. We are a large family owned meat production and distributor facility in Clackamas, OR. We are currently looking for an experience Meat Cutter to work on our Steak Line. Responsibilities include: Remove fat and trim from steak primal cuts. Fill out paperwork which includes temperatures, times, and weights. Use a barcode scanner to input carton data. Occasionally operate packing machine, open boxes and vacuum sealed bags. Occasionally left up to 60# boxes. Maintain equipment and PPE. English and Spanish preferred. Monday - Thursday with occasional Friday work. 7:00am to 6:00pm. 4 x 10hr. shifts. $17-$19/hr. to start. Actual scale is higher.
