About the Position: Che Fico Pizzeria is first and foremost a San Francisco restaurant and establishes itself as a member of the community through warm hospitality and a generous spirit. We are looking for a sous chef interested in learning about pizza technique, bread and dough making, and many other techniques in a high volume setting from chefs with experience at the best restaurants in the world. We source products from many extraordinary local farms whom we have direct relationships with and will work to expand your product knowledge base - our team visits three bay area markets every week to source the best product possible.
