Who We’re Looking For A passion for hospitality and genuine enjoyment of working with people Strong floor presence and confidence in high-pressure situations Attention to detail, energy, and responsibility An appreciation for Italian food, wine, and cocktails A problem-solver’s mindset and a guest-first attitude Reliability, punctuality, and a team-player mentality — “not my job” isn’t in your vocabulary At least 2 years of restaurant experience Availability for weekends and late nights Host Shift Lead Take charge of the floor during service, setting the tone for staff and guest interactions. Ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH. Support training by reinforcing service standards and systems. Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally. Be the “go-to” leader on shift, ensuring the team stays motivated and focused.
