It is located right off Olive street close to North and South in University City where a major bus line is. I am a older straight white male that is quiet and looking for a person who is mature, clean, quiet and respectful and has a job and works a lot. I stay in my space and they stay in theirs. I don't want a bunch of drama where my head starts hurting. No illegal drugs or heavy drinking and smoking outside. Not looking for someone with an attitude that thinks of only themself.
