Located 5 min walk to MacArthur Bart, walkable to all shops on Telegraph in Temescal neighborhood. The room is sweet and sunny on the large end. The rest of the house has a bathroom you’d share with one other person, kitchen, dining room, and small living room/TV room, as well as laundry in unit. There’s a lovely backyard with queer downstairs neighbors alongside garden beds and an outdoor fire place. Open to friendly dogs, but current dog in house doesn’t do well with cats. Access info: One flight of stairs to get to apartment after entering in the front. This house is used to varying levels of ability and dealing with our disabled bodies and brains. Low scent, one dog who sheds a fair degree. Low to no substance use household. No shared walls in between bedrooms so noise doesn’t travel too easily. Looking for someone who is covid conscious, masks in public indoor environments and is communicative around feeling sick or any exposure. You’d be living with two others, Dalia and Ada. Dalia (she/they) is a white disabled gender queer person who works from home as a health educator and peer support counselor. Outside of work they organize within disability justice and anti-zionist spaces. They love to craft and hang with friends. Ada (they/them) works in the climbing world as admin at a gym, an instructor, and guide. They have one dog on the medium size named Rufus who loves his stuffed squirrel and romping around. They love to knit and play Zelda to unwind. They spend some nights a week at a different location. Total rent per month would be 1,050 with some flexibility for the right fit
