To thrive in this role, we require associates who possess in-depth knowledge of DOT/HOS rules, have at least two years of verifiable OTR experience, and maintain a positive attitude in all situations. Team drivers receive guarantee pay per week EVEN IF NO MILES DRIVEN Comprehensive Pay Structure: We ensure you are compensated for every mile traveled, including both empty and full miles. You receive a fixed pay of $1,800 per driver for full week on the road /if driven more than 2250 miles per driver you will get paid 0.80cpm on top of $1800 , with the opportunity to return home for a full week after four weeks on the road.
