It is imperative that professional communication and follow-up is upheld daily, as it is crucial to the success of this role.   Basic Job Description: Create schedules, dispatch out CDL Class A drivers locally, regionally, and over the road drivers to appropriate locations with routing information, provide drivers with essential details to complete their route, etc. Create spreadsheets and reports as needed. Professional communication with drivers, vendors, customers, and management. Process driver assistance and operation team requests with timely follow through.
