Working with minimal supervision, you will form and straighten Metal Aerospace Assemblies that are compliant with drawings, written specifications, customer requirements, etc. Requirements as follows: • Prefer to have understanding of basic Precision Measuring Tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, etc. • Prefer knowledge of interpreting Mechanical Drawings. • The ability to be self-motivated to keep work area clean and organized. • The ability to keep all associated paperwork and documents orderly. • Company may consider providing some training for exceptional candidates.  The ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance Relevant Past Work Experience: Applicants with Relevant Past Experience are encouraged to apply. • Past experience fabricating Sheet Metal Components; Cutting, Bending, Forming, Drilling, Riveting, etc. • May consider past experience from Automotive Body Repair Technicians and Dent Removal Technicians. This role is critical to supporting our foundry and metal manufacturing operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of heavy manufacturing equipment, foundry systems, and facility infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on foundry and metal fabrication equipment, including furnaces, overhead cranes, presses, grinders, welders, and ventilation systems. • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems to minimize downtime. • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, and hot work protocols. • Maintain and repair facility infrastructure such as compressors, water treatment systems, and industrial exhaust systems. • Monitor equipment performance, maintain service records, and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency. • Support foundry operations by responding quickly to breakdowns and coordinating repairs with production teams. • Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings to guide repairs and installations. • Assist with installation and commissioning of new manufacturing and foundry equipment. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in industrial maintenance or related field preferred. • 3+ years of maintenance experience in metal manufacturing, foundry, or heavy industrial environments (foundry experience is a must). • Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical repair practices. • Strong mechanical knowledge with ability to diagnose and troubleshoot. • Familiarity with fabrication and machining tools. • Welding experience and weld repair experience required. • Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively. • Knowledge of commercial wiring and ability to safely perform electrical maintenance tasks. • Ability to troubleshoot programmable logic controls (PLCs) a plus. • Knowledge of Induct-Thurm Furnace is a plus. • Experience with conveyor maintenance and shake-out systems. • Skilled in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and service manuals. • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb, and work in hot, dusty, and noisy environments typical of foundry operations. • Self-motivated with strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Bilingual (Spanish & English) highly preferred. Pay: $40.00/per hour DOE Summary / Objective The Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role includes preparing and analyzing financial reports, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The Accountant plays a key role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports • Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements with US GAAP. • Manage general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations between multiple systems • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting • Maintain and monitor internal controls to ensure financial integrity • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations. • Provide financial information to external CPAs for State and Federal income tax • Complete and file the following tax returns: CA Sales and Use tax, Los Angeles City tax, and Business Property Tax (form 571-L) • Prepare payroll and other financial information for business insurance policy renewals • Coordinate audits and assist with audit processes • Prepare and post all required journal entries for month-end and year-end close processes • Generate reports for management decision-making • Assist with new ERP implementation once the project is approved • Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned. MIG and STICK Steel Welder/ Fabricator (certified preferred). Must have experience with of MIG welding machines, 90-ton hydraulic ironworker, sheet metal sheer, ornamental fabrication, large capacity band saws, and cold saws. Reading plans and shop drawings a plus. Need Iron Workers, cutters, and helpers, (fabrication) for work full-time in the Lynwood area. Email resume and references.
