Comfortable working in a high-noise industrial environment, with the ability to perform physical tasks (e.g., climbing press stairs up to 60 feet, lifting 80 lb. rollers with assistance). Compensation: $27.00 per hour. 2. Part-Time Paper Handler Join our production team managing the essential receipt, storage, and preparation of paper rolls. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. What You'll Do: Efficiently manage and supply the correct paper rolls to the presses, ensuring a continuous flow. Unload newsprint trucks and safely operate equipment, including forklifts and paper clamps. Prepare rolls for production and maintain a clean and safe work area. Training & Schedule: Two-month on-site training period (Mon-Wed, 6:30 am start). Regular schedule will be a mid-morning start (10 am - 12 pm). Must be able to read prints/drawings and have a mastery of basic math as it applies to measurements to the thousandths of an inch (.001).
