Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Job description: ```Duties``` - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them - Schedule appointments for automotive services - Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services - Provide estimates and upsell additional services as needed - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history ```Skills``` - Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and technicians - Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor - Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of diesel engine repair, transmission, tire service, and wheel alignment is a plus - Experience in auto service management is preferred This position requires a high level of mechanical knowledge and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and possess the skills necessary to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.
