PAY: $25.00 - $30.00 Based upon experience HOURS: 40 SCHEDULE: 7:00 am - 3:30pm DURATION: Temp to Perm START DATE:10/06/2025 REQUIREMENTS: Supervise and lead a team of painters on commercial job sites Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to team members Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications Communicate effectively with project managers Monitor job progress and report updates or issues to management Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed Manage site logistics, including materials, tools, and equipment Train and mentor junior painters as needed 5+ years of experience in commercial painting 1–2 years in a leadership or foreman role preferred Strong knowledge of commercial painting tools, techniques, and finishes Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus May be able to work in heights. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual with extensive construction management experience and exceptional leadership skills to drive project success. **Responsibilities:** - Define phase 2 project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with owners. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases effectively. - Minimize exposure and risk on project. - Create and monitor budgets. - Manage RFIs & bidding process. - Manage contractors & inspectors. - Manage permit submittals and approvals. - Managing the quality and safety control for the project. - Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. - Employ organizational skills to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently. - Oversee project engineering tasks to meet technical requirements. **Experience:** - Proven experience (5+ years) in construction project management, ideally with a focus on developing hospitality/commercial projects. - Proven ability to creates timelines and budgets, and drive construction projects to completion on time and on budget. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. - Strong communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement. - Ability to present project updates and findings professionally.
