We are a test only smog shop that takes pride in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining strict adherence to all state laws and BAR regulations regarding this profession. We strive to maintain a great workplace environment for all employees. This position is for full time or part time. We pay you as an employee (we do NOT pay cash under the table or 1099). Job Title: Heating and Air Conditioning Technician (HVAC Tech) Location: Staten Island, NY Job Description: Responsible for repairing, installing, and servicing various heating and air conditioning systems, including residential HVAC units, commercial rooftop units, boilers, and hot water tanks. Will work on new construction sites, installing ductwork. Must have hand tools required for HVAC repairs. Expected to have a clean, professional appearance and a trustworthy demeanor. Requirements: Valid driver’s license. Preferred 5 years of experience in HVAC service. Must be available for overtime when needed. Must hold an EPA license and OSHA 30 cards. Ability to drive and operate a service van. Landscape crew leader position: Need to have at least three years at that position. Have to have a current Ca drivers license with clean record. Must have experience working with a crew and running a crew. Must have experience with building walls, laying pavers, driving tractor. Doing landscape planting correctly, setting grades, setting boulders etc. Must be knowledgeable about all phases of landscape construction. Knowing how to do landscape planting correctly and install mulch is required. We are looking for a self starter that can see the value and opportunity at hand with this company. Having experience with commercial landscape maintenance is a plus.
