Legacy Enterprises is a large and rapidly growing construction company, looking for an Insulation Division Manager with industry specific experience in all aspects of Insulation, including but not limited to Batts, Spray Foam, Blow in, etc. Ideal candidates will be experienced in installation, takeoff, and estimating aspects of residential insulation. Majority of the work is new construction with a combination of residential and commercial. Responsibilities: - Manage insulation inventory And schedule installing teams - Measure and estimate insulation jobs - Train employees to properly install - Inspect and verify work on completion is up to standards Qualifications: - Previous experience in insulation installation, fiberglass, mineral wall and blow in insulation. Spray foam isn't required but preferred - Knowledge of different types of insulation materials and their applications, material take off sheets - Familiarity with construction techniques and tools used in insulation installation - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, lifting, and climbing Call or text Daniel
