Regular Monday through Friday work, allows you to be HOME during nights and weekends. All work performed in Southern Maine, within 35 minutes of Sanford, Maine. Other Personality Traits Needed: • High level of empathy and consideration for our clients and their property • Creative problem-solving skills and thinking outside the box. • Demonstrates respectfulness to others. • Reliable and trustworthy • Comfortable receiving instruction from others Trade Skills & Experience Required: • Construction Industry Experience: 3-5 years • General Residential Construction Experience Including Any Of The Following: • Framing • Installation of windows and doors • Light Residential Demolition • Minor framing such as doorways, installing load bearing beams, removing or building walls. • Drywall repairs, installation and making ready for paint. • All levels of trim/millwork installation including pre-finished moldings, crown, base, and doors. Our office is located in Sanford, ME and our typical job sites are within an hour of that area. We specialize in decks, outdoor living spaces, home additions and new construction, as well as remodels and replacement doors/windows. Additional Qualifications: • Must hold a valid driver's license. • Have reliable transportation. • Pass a background check. • Speak English • Be able to lift 50 lbs.
