We are looking for a well rounded, hard working superintendent for a 96 Unit property in Middletown, CT. This is a live-in position, an apartment is provided as part of the employment package. Job Duties: Inspects vacant units and prepares them for rental - including apartment renovations (Basic plumbing, electrical & tile work needed) Responds to tenant requests for repairs and keeps a log of completed work Keeps grounds clean and in safe condition (weekly exterior clean up necessary) Basic landscaping necessary Keeps entrances and walkways clear of ice, snow and debris during winter months. I will pay up to 125.00 per day for people with an economical, (4 Cylinder) CAR, DRIVER LICENSE, REGISTRATION and INSURANCE. All must be VALID and CURRENT.
