With a focus on small projects and preventative home maintenance, our team is collaborative, hard-working, and driven by a shared commitment to excellence. We’re looking for a Carpenter who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, working with their hands, and bringing creative solutions to unique challenges. This role is primarily on-site and labor-focused, with some light coordination as needed. No two days are the same - one day you might be assisting with a small bathroom remodel, the next you could be tackling spring home maintenance or supporting outdoor projects. Our primary service locations are in King County. What You’ll Do - Perform hands-on construction, repair, and maintenance work across a variety of residential projects. (examples: deck repairs, carpentry, exterior pressure washing, small remodels/demo, etc.) - Support project leads and managers in keeping jobsites organized, efficient, and safe. - Interact with high-end clientele and vendors with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion. - Troubleshoot problems on-site and provide quality, timely solutions. - Assist with light project coordination and communication as needed. What We’re Looking For - Strong work ethic and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. - Experience in construction, carpentry, general labor, or a related trade. - A commitment to quality, detail, and craftsmanship. - Professionalism and comfort working with discerning clientele. - A collaborative, team-first mindset - someone who takes pride in contributing to group success. - Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Preferred Skills - Proven experience in residential carpentry (remodels, repairs, finish work, or framing). - Strong skills with hand tools, power tools, and general small construction equipment. - Ability to handle a variety of tasks: from trim and finish work to repairs, and small project builds.
