Hello! We’re hiring someone to help us get all these jobs finished we have coming up. You will be in training for a position that will make you over 100,000.00 per year with almost no overtime!!! We always provide everything you need to get the job done including your own work truck and work phone! All our employees stay here once hired because we pay you what you deserve for the great work you do! We just signed a huge contract for a very very LARGE nation wide retailer. We will be working at the local Western Washington Superstores to rid them of their very large bird infestation and clean up at pretty much every location in our lovely area! We train you on exactly what that entails. You will also drive around to different residential and commercial buildings and complete the larger jobs our Techs don’t have time to do. These tasks will be digging around buildings to install rodent block. You could be helping one of our techs spray multiple buildings one day with a backpack type sprayer, then installing bird net at a school the next. We also remove and replace vapor barrier in crawlspaces and clean up attics or any other structure our customers may want us to clean. Coming up we’ll be cleaning up after the birds which means you will be pressure spraying very large buildings. So you must be able to physically complete this type of work and not afraid to get a bit dirty. While completing these jobs you’ll be learning to become a Pest Control Technician! You will drive your own company truck around with your company laptop, on your company phone, getting gas with your company card! We have perfected our system to quickly eliminate each and every small pest in our area. We’ve used chemical technology and experience so we can provide our customers the absolute best pest treatments they can get! We will provide you with everything you need and the knowledge we’ve perfected to get the job done! Once you’re good at the job you’ll be making 100,000.00+ per year! This kind of work changed my life and all my people that work here. It’s made all of us more money than we’ve ever made! The Maintenance Officer is a full-time contract position responsible for performing a wide variety of skilled maintenance, repair, and construction tasks to support the daily operations of the College’s facilities. This role requires broad technical knowledge and hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems. Collaborate with outside contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs or large-scale projects. Support event setup and breakdown, including moving equipment, staging, and room configuration. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and College policies at all times. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical school training preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in general maintenance, with demonstrated skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair. Knowledge of building codes, occupational safety regulations, and preventative maintenance practices. Ability to read technical instruction manuals. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, operate power tools, and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions. Valid driver’s license required. Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Some evening or weekend work may be required for emergencies or special events (not typical).
