Job Summary: The P&D Driver position is a full-time role that supports the Operations Team with the pick-up and delivery of portable restrooms and other sanitation equipment in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. Supporting the operations of the company, the P&D Driver position ensures that all his/her efforts are compliant with the company’s goals, values, and standards. Job Description: The primary responsibilities of the P&D Driver position include, safely completing daily service routes in sequence as routed by dispatch personnel. Delivering, installing, and pickup of toilets, holding tanks, freshwater systems, hand wash stations as needed. Responsible for completing daily routes, while maintaining professional customer contact and open lines of communication with Dispatcher and Operations Manager. The P&D Driver may also serve as a support to interdepartmental teams needs or service routes and should possess a valid (and in good standing) CA driver’s license (Class C). Examples of daily tasks are as follows: Inspect and test the vehicle and equipment daily to ensure it operates safely and correctly. Safely operate a Pick-up/Delivery Service truck daily Ensure truck is loaded with all necessary equipment and materials to complete all work assigned for the day and the load is correctly secured Repair portable restroom units as necessary Provide onsite moves of equipment, and pick-up/delivery as requested Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles, maintain truck logs Load and unload units Frequent customer interaction, including recommendations for any additional services and supplies needed Excellent housekeeping of assigned vehicles and facility Perform duties safely at all times, maintain safe and clean and safe work area, and attend all tailgate and trimester/quarterly safety meetings. Hey there! My name's Herb and I cover South Jacksonville down to Saint Augustine. Sometimes our jobs may even be as far as Daytona, Palatka and Palm Coast. I am looking for a couple of partners to assist me doing trash/garage clean-outs, yard/tree debris clean-ups, construction trash, etc. (Part-time, Flexible hours) On many of our jobs we will work together to load up the dump truck and then bring it to the dump/landfill facility. We always rake/sweep up at the end of each job. We will provide work boots, gloves and work clothes for you, if needed. Drinking water and lunch/meals are provided also. We will be using a small dump truck and a Chevy van and trailer. We try to average $20. per hour each after expenses and dump fees. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services, including weed control, fertilization procedures, and pest management for our clients. This position requires knowledge of chemical applications, effective communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities  Schedule and perform weed control and fertilization procedures as part of our IPM program, organizing inspections, maintenance, and responses.  Operate vehicles and tools to apply herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, and fertilizers (e.g., trucks, sprayers, and spreaders).  Use various hand-held sprayers for applying chemicals and fertilizers.  Apply chemicals and fertilizers in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (EPA, Dept. of Ag, etc.).  Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities; manage the inventory of materials.  Keep accurate records of chemical and biological agents used during service.  Evaluate and prepare cost estimates for various projects.  Mix and prepare chemical agents for use in pest management and fertilization tasks.  Ensure the safe handling and application of chemicals, following safety protocols and instructions for mixing and application.  Properly dispose of waste and hazardous materials in accordance with regulations.  Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.  Procure parts, materials, and equipment through written quotes.  Ensure all work activities comply with company safety policies and industry regulations.  Adapt to working in extreme weather conditions and perform mitigation efforts during emergencies.  Knowledge and Skills  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Proficiency in arithmetic for calculations related to chemical applications and estimates.  Knowledge of pesticide, fertilizer, and herbicide calibration.  Basic computer and office equipment skills, including map reading.  Expertise in identifying pests, diseases, plants, and insects, as well as various grass types.  Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision.  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in diagnosing turf problems and determining the correct products and amounts for pest control.
