We are a Property Management Company that has various office buildings and residential properties in the north shore of Boston. We are looking for a person to join our maintenance team. • To assist Property Management in all aspects of repairing problems in such areas as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features, waste management systems and light snow removal on sidewalks, roofs and driveways. • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred. • 1 year experience in property management maintenance. • Able to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies and equipment such as, but not limited to, hand tools, pressure washers, blowers, paint equipment, ice removal equipment, ladders, landscaping equipment, sanders and safety equipment. • Must have valid Driver’s License. • Physically able to move at least 50 lbs. without assistance. Description: The Field Supervisor is a part time, seasonal position that runs from October through April. Snow and ice experience is preferred, but if you have great communication and management skills, we will provide training to the right candidate. We provide new F250 or F350 fully outfitted truck with V-Plow and Polycast de-icing units. Job Duties:  Complete app usage training  On call 24/7  Establish great client & service provider relationships  Manage assigned service providers (sub-contractors) within the geographical area  Solve any issues and / or non-performance with clients or service providers  Assist in snow plowing operations as necessary at all hours of the day or night  Provide field support  Be on feet for long periods of time  Shoveling when required Requirements:  Managerial experience  1+ years of snow & ice removal required  Familiar with smartphone and tablet technology and comfortable communicating through email, text and other messaging systems  Knowledge of equipment used for snow & ice removal  Hold current driver’s license, accompanied by clean driving record  Ability to work long shifts, weather dependent  Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly  Travel as needed, often statewide, and out of state  Driving for long periods of time during snow throughout territory  Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred

We are looking for a house cleaner to come twice a month to help with the following tasks: -Clean our two bathrooms -Vacuum the stairs -Clean our cat's room once a month (this entails vacuuming, swiffering, throwing out their old litter, cleaning their litter boxes, adding new litter and wiping down litter trash can) We occasionally may have extra cleaning to do that we will always ask about ahead of time. For the day that someone comes to just clean the two bathrooms and vacuum the stairs we are paying $80 and for the day that someone comes to clean the two bathrooms, vacuum and clean the cat room we are paying $120. The job typically takes 2-3 hours. This would be a total of $200/month. We are flexible with which day of the week and time you can come.
