Job Opportunity: Facilities Maintenance Technician – HVAC & Filtration Position Overview: Enviro-Clean is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician with light HVAC experience to join our team at Lincoln Consolidated School District in Ypsilanti, MI. This role is focused on performing preventative maintenance (PMs) on HVAC systems, completing filter changes for both HVAC and water filtration systems, and assisting with general light maintenance tasks. This is a full-time, 1st shift position with a pay range of $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: · Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. · Replace and maintain filters for HVAC and water filtration systems. · Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed. · Document work performed and maintain accurate service logs. · Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times. Qualifications: · 1–2 years of light maintenance or facilities experience required. · Some HVAC experience preferred (PMs, filters, basic system knowledge). · Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. · Strong attention to detail and reliability. · Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
