Established hardwood flooring company is looking to add Floor finishers, hardwood Installer/Sanders. Also looking for Vinyl and carpet installers. Experience not required,must be willing to learn or train installation, custom installations, sanding, staining, finishing, oil and water finishes, recoating, resanding, stair installation, trim carpentry and carpet. Part time or full time - Must be able to get to our shop or to job site - Must be able to deal with customers in a professional - Overtime after 40 - Must be willing to work long hours and weekend on occasion * Must have a positive attitude * Must have a cell phone

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer or Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various flooring types, including tile, hardwood, laminate, and carpet installation but is not required. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. As a helper you will be expected to follow the leads as they navigate the completion of each project. ​ Duties: Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas accurately. Install various types of flooring including tile, hardwood, laminate, and carpet. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for installation tasks. Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site. Requirements: Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields is a plus but not required. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools necessary for flooring work. High work ethic of showing up on time and ready to work. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. We are a growing producer of wood pallets and recycled pallets with three facilities in St. Paul, Maple Grove and Rogers. Our facilities run on electric motors, hydraulics and pneumatic machines and we are looking for a motived maintenance professional to assist with the maintenance of the facility as well as the equipment. Applicants must have solid experience and knowledge of these kind of systems and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot. Additional experience in forklift, compressor and preventative maintenance programs is preferred.
