A family owned medical equipment sales and service company is in search of a full time biomed technician. We sell refurbished surgical equipment. The job will be located at our facility and will primarily entail electronic troubleshooting, testing, calibration, tech support, field service, etc. must have experience with electronic repair to component level, reading schematics, reading technical service manual, research parts, etc. . Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus.
