Qualifications 20+ years of progressive experience in construction or project management, ideally on large-scale airport or transportation projects. Experience with projects over $250M and multiple delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, Design/Build). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Highly organized with a proactive, results-driven approach. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (required).
