Hold or obtain a Safe-Serve certificate to demonstrate knowledge of food safety practices. Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Communicate effectively and courteously with guests when necessary. Qualifications: Previous culinary experience is required. Familiarity with barbecue cooking techniques is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety protocols and standard kitchen practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests. Looking for cooks to fill both full or part time positions in a high volume, fast paced, team oriented environment. Experience is preferred but not mandatory as we are willing to train someone looking to start in the industry. Customer service skills are a must as our cooks deal directly with the customers, and therefore receive tips. Most of our menu is prepared in house with fresh ingredients, which means there is a good amount of prep work to be done on a daily basis.
