Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for projects designed by others, when required Requirements Qualifications What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering (or related field) and 5-15 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in the telecom industry. Must have  tower design experience. Professional Engineering (PE) license is required. Proficient in industry-standard software such as TNX tower, design spreadsheets, and RISA with project management and client relationship experience required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Skills And Competencies Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn, improve, and take initiative.
