Includes an additional closet next to the room. The location is awesome — less than a mile from Berkeley Bowl and downtown. The room is on the first floor with a bathroom that ends up being mostly yours (there’s a second bathroom upstairs, guests usually use the downstairs bathroom). Laundry: front-loading washer and dryer. Unattached garage with lots of extra storage space. A big driveway with room for 3 cars and a massive backyard with a dawn redwood, a japanese maple, two plum trees, several apple trees, a hammock, a yoga platform, a picnic table, raised garden beds and enough space to run at full speed from one side to the other.
