A minimum of five years’ experience in people and program management in behavioral health or social services or closely related field strongly desired, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to simultaneously oversee, manage, and execute several agency projects across multiple programs. 3. Excellent leadership and communication skills and demonstrated ability to motivate a team as well as the desire and ability to manage systems and act as a key member of the agency leadership team. Strong computer and technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word, Teams) and design programs (Canva and Adobe).
